Flexi host - immediate start

AliKats Mountain Holidays is an independent chalet company based in Morzine, France with a portfolio of carefully selected luxury chalets, a strong reputation for excellent gourmet food and exceptional customer service. Our objective is to create the best chalet experience humanly possible for our guests.

We are looking for a capable, energetic Flexi Host to join our established chalet team in Morzine for the remainder of what has been an exceptional winter season.

The snow conditions this year have been incredible, and you’ll be joining a fantastic, experienced team of supportive, fun and hardworking people who take real pride in what they do.

This is a varied, hands-on role working across both self-catered and catered luxury chalets. It’s ideal for someone with strong housekeeping standards who also enjoys responsibility, variety and being relied upon.

About the Role

As a Flexi Host, you provide essential operational support across our chalet portfolio. You ensure properties run seamlessly and guests receive consistently excellent service — particularly during changeovers and staff days off.

This is a full time, practical role requiring energy, efficiency and initiative.

You’ll work an average of 35-40 hours per week (more in peak weeks and less in quiet ones) with either two full days off or 1 full day off and 2 half days.

Key Responsibilities

Weekend Changeovers

• Deep cleaning and preparation of luxury chalets between guest stays

• Linen management and restocking

• Presenting properties to impeccable standards

Hosting Cover & driving support

• Breakfast service and kitchen support

• Guest room refreshes

• Delivering a warm, professional guest experience

• Shuttle driving to and from lifts and around resort

Skills and experience:

• Strong housekeeping experience (hospitality or similar environment)

• Practical, hands-on approach

• Minimum 3 years driving experience with a clean licence

• Confident driving in winter mountain conditions (preferred)

• Organised and self-motivated

• Calm under pressure and adaptable

• A team player who is happy to step in wherever needed
