Chalet Manager

Courchevel, France Winter Season

As Chalet Manager, you’ll be at the heart of resort life—overseeing all chalet operations and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

From leading and motivating your team to organising supplies and ensuring top-notch standards, you’ll juggle a variety of responsibilities. One minute you might be planning staff rotas, the next you’re checking chalets or making sure everything is perfectly set for arriving guests.

You’ll be part of a supportive team of Chalet Managers and Guest Services Managers, with guidance from experienced, full-time Le Ski team members—so you’ll never be on your own.

Leading your team
You’ll take charge of your chalet hosts—creating weekly rotas, running team meetings, and keeping morale high. You’ll also provide pastoral support, being the go-to person if anyone is unwell or needs a bit of extra help.

Keeping everything stocked and organised
You’ll handle all ordering across your resort’s chalets, from delicious food and wine to fresh laundry—making sure everything is in place for a seamless guest experience.

Delivering exceptional standards
You’ll help maintain the high standards we’re known for by carrying out regular chalet checks, reviewing guest feedback, and occasionally jumping in to support hosts during their shifts.

If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and being part of a fun, energetic team in a beautiful setting, this role is for you!
