Winter Resorts
We are recruiting nannies across the Portes Du Soleil this winter 2026-27 season in:
• Morzine
• Les Gets
• Avoriaz
What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different, but your role may include:
• Caring for children from 3 months to 13 years
• Entertaining children with fun, age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities
• Taking children sledging, on walks, gondola rides and exploring the resort
• Meeting other Merinannies and children for playdates
• Preparing simple meals, snacks and bottles
• Collecting children from ski school or kindergarten
• Bath time and bedtime routines when required
• Communicating with parents and planning activities around the family's schedule
• Evening babysitting when requested
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for professional, experienced nannies who are warm, reliable, energetic and confident working independently.
The ideal candidate will have:
✔ Minimum 3 years' professional childcare experience
✔ Experience working independently without supervision
✔ Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
✔ Criminal record check
✔ Checkable references
✔ First Aid Certificate (preferred)
✔ A positive, flexible and proactive attitude
✔ Confidence caring for babies and children of different ages
✔ A genuine passion for creating fun, safe and memorable experiences for children
Requirements
Applicants must be:
• 23 years of age or older
• Hold an EU passport or have the legal right to work in France and Austria as a freelance nanny
• Available between December 2026 and April 2027
Pay & Benefits
• Competitive hourly rates from €20–€30 per hour (depending on qualifications, experience and resort)
• Flexible freelance working (full and part time positions available)
