What Job You'll Be Doing:

Depending on your resort placement, responsibilities may include:

• Hospitality and guest services
• Housekeeping
• Food & beverage services
• Kitchenhand
• Waitstaff
• Chef or Cook
• Barista or Cafe
• Front desk and reception support
• Shuttle Driver
• General Hospitality or Customer Service Positions

Particular job roles not guaranteed, positions are based on your experience and chosen by the employers/resorts directly.

*Contract length differs by employer, typically 3-4 month contracts. Staff accommodation usually shared hostel-style housing, taken out of monthly salary by employer.

What We're Looking For:

• Aged 18-30 years old*
• Eligible for Japan's Working Holiday Visa
• Hold a UK or Irish passport
• Available to work by 7th December 2026 and until at least 15th March 2027 (note some resorts start as early as November and finish as late as April, more availability means more resort opportunities for you)
• Available for at least 7 months for your intended travel period on the Working Holiday Visa (visa up to 12 months)
  
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Adaptable and open to new experiences
• Hospitality or Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential

*Please note 18-19 year old participants will typically be considered for housekeeping or kitchenhand roles, dependant on experience.
