Ski Hire Technician

We are looking for Ski and Workshop Technicians to join our team for the Winter 2026/2027 season. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about winter sports and eager to learn. While some experience in the winter industry is beneficial, it is not essential. We are more interested in your passion, willingness to learn, and ability to provide exceptional customer service. A valid driver's license is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Preparation: Assist in tuning, repairing, and setting up skis and snowboards, ensuring they are in excellent condition for clients.
• Custom Fitting: Choosing the right equipment for clients, ensuring proper fit and comfort for a great experience on the slopes.
• Delivery & Setup: Deliver equipment to clients' accommodations, provide personalized setup services, and ensure clients are comfortable with their gear.
• Workshop Duties: Maintain a clean and organized workshop, assist in managing inventory, and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, offering advice and resolving any equipment-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required, with the ability to drive in winter conditions.
• Experience: Some experience in the winter sports industry is beneficial but not mandatory. Training will be provided for the right candidates.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is an advantage.
• Attributes: Passion for winter sports, willingness to learn, and a positive, can-do attitude.
