CHEF – WINTER SEASON 2026/2027

Le Hibou, a busy restaurant and bar in Val d’Isère, is looking for an experienced Cook to join our team for the 2026/2027 winter season.

Contract: Mid-November 2026 to beginning of May 2027
Hours: 42 hours per week, 6 days per week
Pay: €15 gross per hour
Accommodation: Shared staff accommodation included
Food: Staff meal provided during shifts

The role:
Le Hibou serves Asian-inspired food with influences from cuisines around the world. We are therefore looking for a cook with strong international/world cuisine experience and the ability to work confidently with a varied menu.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ professional kitchen experience
• Experience with world/international cuisine is essential
• Experience with Asian-inspired cuisine is an advantage
• Fluent English is essential
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Organised, efficient and able to work in a busy service environment
• Reliable, hardworking and adaptable
