Lead a highly personalised, ultra-luxury culinary experience in one of the world’s premier ski destinations.

Seasons Collection is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef with a background in Michelin-starred or equivalent high-end kitchens, or luxury private residences / superyachts, to lead the culinary experience across our Niseko residences for the upcoming winter season.

This is a rare opportunity to operate at the highest level of private hospitality, creating bespoke dining experiences in an intimate and highly personalised environment.

The Role

As Executive Chef, you will have full responsibility for the culinary offering across the residences, from concept through to execution.

Working within a private residence setting, you will design and deliver refined, restaurant-quality dining experiences tailored to each guest. The role requires a balance of creativity, precision, and adaptability, with a strong focus on personalisation and direct guest interaction.

This is not a traditional restaurant role, but an opportunity to create a more intimate, curated culinary journey.

What We’re Looking For

o Valid working rights in Japan are essential for this role.

o Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential, with confidence in direct guest interaction

o Proven experience in Michelin-starred or equivalent high-end kitchens

o Experience in luxury private residences or superyachts highly regarded

o Strong ability to create highly personalised, guest-driven culinary experiences

o Japanese language is not required

o Broad culinary repertoire with a strong foundation in European or international cuisine

o Experience working with premium, seasonal ingredients

o High level of discipline, organisation, and attention to detail

o Strong leadership capability within small, high-performing teams

o Professional, discreet, and guest-focused approach
