Quality Auditor
About Purple Ski
Purple Ski delivers luxury catered chalet holidays in some of the Alps' most sought-after destinations. Our reputation is built on exceptional standards, immaculate presentation and outstanding guest experiences. Every detail matters, from the first impression on arrival to the final day of each stay.
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Auditor to ensure our portfolio consistently meets the premium standards our guests expect.
The Role
As a Purple Ski Quality Auditor, you will travel between our luxury chalets and hotels throughout the winter season, carrying out detailed inspections using a comprehensive quality checklist. You will be responsible for ensuring every property is maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness, presentation, maintenance and guest readiness.
You will identify areas requiring improvement, provide constructive feedback to resort teams, and ensure that any issues are followed through to resolution. This is a hands on, independent role requiring excellent judgement, consistency and an uncompromising eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct scheduled and unannounced quality inspections across all Purple Ski properties throughout the season.
• Assess cleanliness, housekeeping standards, maintenance, presentation, overall guest experience, basic hygiene and safety norms using detailed audit criteria.
• Inspect every aspect of the chalet, from overall appearance to the smallest finishing touches, ensuring luxury standards are consistently achieved.
• Produce accurate audit reports using a pre-planned quality audit program.
• Work closely with Resort Managers, Housekeeping teams and Maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Follow up on identified issues to ensure corrective actions have been completed.
• Monitor consistency of Purple Ski brand standards across all resorts.
About You
You have previous experience within luxury hospitality, ideally in boutique hotels, luxury chalets or high end property management.
You possess exceptional attention to detail and naturally notice the small things that elevate a guest experience.
You are organised, methodical and able to work objectively against defined standards.
You are confident providing constructive feedback while maintaining positive working relationships.
You are comfortable travelling extensively throughout the winter season and working independently.
Essential Requirements
• Proven experience in luxury hotels, chalet management or premium hospitality operations.
• Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.
• Professional communication skills.
• Full driving licence.
Desirable
• Experience conducting operational or quality audits.
• Knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards.
• Experience training or coaching hospitality teams.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate is someone who takes pride in perfection. They instantly notice the crease in a bedspread, the fingerprint on a mirror, the presentation of the afternoon tea and the overall atmosphere of a property. They understand that luxury is created through consistency, precision and attention to the smallest details, and are passionate about helping our teams deliver exceptional guest experiences every day
