17 years of age, England Having dual Spanish/English Nationality and being totally fluent in both Spanish and English alongside a strong foundation in French, I am a proficient communicator and as such I have always thrived working in the hospitality industry. On numerous occasions, my ability to keep calm in more pressured situations and work around them has helped me be successful in dealing with challenging customers to ensure that they are happy. I have experience working with payments and organising schedules. As a keen swimmer and to enhance my offer, I recently I took it upon myself to complete a Level 3 Pool lifeguard award which aside from the physical requirements also includes First aid and CPR training.
