I advise customers on food and drink choices based on their preferences. I make sure that the restaurant is running smoothly and that all customers are satisfied with the service provided. I also work behind the bar assuring that all drinks are made efficiently and to a high standard.

        Personal Training (work experience)
        WOW Olivia
        Much Hoole, Preston, UK

I completed a week of work experience at 'WOW Olivia'. During my work experience, I was mentored by a highly experienced personal trainer who also was also a qualified pilates reformer instructor and a sports masseuse. I thoroughly enjoyed this work experience as it enabled me to develop many skills. I took leadership by guiding and motivating many clients through intense warm ups and cool downs. I created and conducted two 'one-hour sessions' for a couple of clients. I explained exercises clearly in order to help clients move safely with maximum effort and results. I made sure to communicate and enforce safety procedures. I closely monitored clients to ensure they performed exercises correctly, enabling me to amend their form.

I worked in a local cafe on the weekends. Throughout the shifts, I took many drink and food orders, made drinks and kept the cafe to a high standard of cleanliness. I kept tables clear of used plates, glassware and cutlery alongside prepping and cleaning tables for the next customers. I assisted kitchen staff with food preparation, dishwashing and plating food. I acquired skills in till work and money handling.

This was a Saturday job I did from the ages of 13 to 15. This job entailed cleaning, washing/styling hair and making drinks. I greeted and gowned clients alongside checking up on the customers and assisting them throughout their services.
