Background
I’m a conscientious and confident individual who has a 10+ year work history as a customer service representative. My previous roles have presented me with an opportunity to develop essential skills in time management, communication, and customer relations skills which I have carried throughout my hospitality career. Whilst I also have experience in a current corporate role, it is my time in hospitality that has allowed me to develop a strong skillset through active engagement with clients and colleagues and in fast-paced working environments. It has also allowed me to acknowledge the significance of presentation, collaboration, and leadership in order to create exceptional experiences for my clients.
