With my strong background in hospitality and an outgoing chatty personality, I can help to deliver exceptional guest experiences. I am confident in my ability to contribute positively to your team. I have always believed that attention to detail and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction are essential. Having worked weddings with guest lists of hundreds of people my attention to each person, and ability to anticipate their individual needs is my most commented-on attribute. I have competed and produced horses to a high level gaining national and international recognition, the high-pressure situations of competing has made my proactive problem-solving attitude under pressure is my USP. I am quick to react and think outside of the box while remaining smiley and outgoing. I have balanced competing to the highest level alongside school and university demonstrating my ‘above and beyond’ work ethic and organisational skills. Most of my friends would refer to me as a perfectionist, my university house this year is by far the cleanest of anyones I know; this has also meant that we have become the hosting house which I love. I have a done the Orchards Cookery Chalet Cooks course alongside the wine tasting and avalanche talk. I will be graduating from Newcastle University this summer with a 2:1 or predicted 1st in History. I am a very experience cook regularly cratering for drinks and dinner parties. I will also be learning as much French as possible over the summer to allow me to seamlessly integrate into your team and contribute to the vibrant and friendly atmosphere. I am in the process of getting an Irish passport, I am 21 and have had my drivers license for over 2 years.
