Currently as a trainee hotel manager, I have gained hands-on experience in various departments, including front of house, housekeeping and food service. My role has allowed me to develop key skills in customer service, team coordination and problem-solving, essential qualities for ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay. Beyond my professional experience, I am an avid skier and have a keen interest in outdoor activities, making me well-suited to the chalet environment. My ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintain high cleanliness standards and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere aligns perfectly with the responsibilities of a Chalet Host. Additionally, my proactive approach to tasks, adaptability and enthusiasm for providing outstanding hospitality make me a great fit for this role.
