Background

I have 30 years experience in the corporate world, much of it in management roles. I owned and operated a boat charter business on Sydney Harbour. This was a customer facing role which included the provision of food and drink. I owned and operated a winery. The business included accommodation, bar, restaurant and events. I worked hands on in all aspects of the business. While I have a lot of management experience, I'm happy to take on a working level role for my first winter season. I am based in Australia but plan to relocate to the UK in November. I am a UK and Australian citizen.
