I am writing to express my enthusiasm for a role within your ski resort team this upcoming season. As a recent Psychology graduate from Brighton University with a strong background in hospitality, customer service, and a genuine passion for skiing and cooking, I believe I’d be a valuable addition to your seasonal staff. Throughout my previous roles—including working as a café team member at Nuffield Health, a rides operator at Brighton Palace Pier, and a retail assistant at Primark—I’ve developed excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. I take pride in maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude in fast-paced environments, always ensuring guests receive the highest level of service. During my time working at Brighton palace pier I also gained lots of relevant experience interacting with tourists and holiday makers from all over the world and doing everything in my power to ensure they had an excellent trip. Beyond my work experience, I am a trained barista, an accomplished baker, and achieved an A* in GCSE Food Technology. I’m keen to bring these skills into a kitchen setting, whether that’s helping in chalet catering or supporting the team with hearty, delicious meals for guests. My love of skiing makes this opportunity even more exciting, and I’m eager to contribute to a team that values both hard work and a shared passion for the mountains.
