We are Delfina (36) and Federico (37), a dedicated Argentinian couple with over five years of experience offering high-end, live-in hosting services for luxury properties. Our mission is simple: to create seamless, elevated, and stress-free experiences forguests. Federico is a certified chef and hospitality management professional, with a strongfocus on creating exceptional food experiences for guests. He also has 5 years ofexperience in property management, overseeing not only financial aspects but alsothe maintenance and care of both interior and exterior areas. Delfina specializes in household and guest experience management, organizingday-to-day operations, coordinating logistics, managing bookings, and ensuringeverything runs smoothly and harmoniously. We lead a healthy, active lifestyle; we are fit and non-smokers, which enables us toremain energized, focused, and stress-free throughout demanding assignments.This commitment supports our dedication to providing a seamless and comfortableexperience for every guest. We bring a warm, calm, and proactive energy to every home we care for. Ourapproach is always centered around anticipation, discretion, and genuinehospitality. We believe luxury is not only about comfort , it’s about attention todetail, kindness, and creating the right atmosphere for each guest to truly relax andenjoy. We are also multilingual: native Spanish speakers, fluent in English, conversationalin Portuguese, and with basic Italian, which allows us to connect naturally withinternational families and travelers. We are currently based in Europe and open to new opportunities worldwide,whether seasonal or long-term.     For nearly four years, we worked exclusively for a high-profile family in Australia. He is the owner of a multi-billion-dollar company, and she is a national celebrity. They have three children, all old enough to be independent. Our primary role was based at their summer residence in Noosa, a prestigious coastal location.The family visited regularly, sometimes staying for several weeks, other times just for a weekend. As the home was often loaned to friends and relatives, we ensured it was always maintained to the highest standard and fully prepared to receive guests at any time.We also supported them during holiday trips and visits to their main residence, always ensuring everything ran smoothly.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    Preparing daily meals (breakfast, lunch, anddinner).
    Cocktail and beverage service.
    Creative table setting and ambiance styling foreach dinner.
    Gardening and general outdoor upkeep.
    Pool maintenance.
    Grocery shopping and pantry restocking.
    General repairs and coordinating external trades when needed.
    Daily and deep cleaning of the property.
    Linen change, laundry, and ironing.
    Wardrobe and luggage organization.
    Driving (including airport transfers, restaurant drop-offs, and kids’ activities).
    Basic maintenance of vehicles and boat.
    Pet care and transport (including long-distance drives for large dogs).
    Managing restaurant bookings and guest arrangements.
    Additional Responsibilities:
    She enjoyed entertaining, so we often hosted dinner gatherings, sometimes spontaneous, and occasionally turning into full parties.
    Personal shopping for the family — especiallyfor her, curating wardrobe updates via Pinterest boards with selected looks from favorite and new brands.
    Planned and coordinated larger events, suchas a family wedding, managing logistics and execution.
    Managed cookbook sales: packing, trackingorders, and arranging international deliveries.
    Maintained and updated her personal website.
    Supported content creation and provided assistance with her social media presence.
    Helped coordinate her commitments as anambassador for a charitable organization,including scheduling and communication.
    Organized and produced photoshoots forsocial media, cookbook promotion, and private events
