Dear Hiring Manager, We are an experienced chalet host couple with over 25 years in hospitality and would love to apply for a position with Chardons for the winter season. Having owned and run our own cafés and restaurants, we are very hands-on and comfortable managing both the kitchen and guest experience while maintaining high standards. We have been skiing in Europe since the 1980s and genuinely love the lifestyle that comes with a season in the mountains. We understand that your chalet hosts play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for guests, and we take pride in creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere where guests feel at home after a day on the slopes. We work well as a team, are reliable, and have a strong eye for detail, particularly when it comes to cleanliness and presentation.
