My name is Alexander, I have experience in fine dining, bartending catering, and property management. I’ve worked as a sous chef, bartender, and retail manager, and I’m currently completing an Honours degree in Economic Analysis of Financial Markets. With a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a love for creating great guest experiences, I’m excited to bring energy, organisation, and warmth to any team I join. I am currently living in Cape Town South Africa, but I am a French Citizen with a French passport.
