Background

Hello! My name is Sofia Törnblom and I am 20 years old. I love skiing and snowboarding and I have been skiing since I was 2 years old. I´m also very interested in the equipment itself and clothes. I graduated in 2023, High School with specialization in Social Sciences at Norrköping Hagagymnasium. I have worked at the ice cream restaurant Smultronstället for two summers and sold ice cream. One summer I worked at Söderköping Brunn as a waitress at their restaurant. After graduation, I worked as a guide/instructor at Sörsjöns Adventure Park, from June to October. The job involves receiving guests and holding briefings of about 30 minutes, both in Swedish and English. The groups usually consist of 20-30 people, ranging from 3 year old and up, and from different countries. After the briefing we help the guests while they are climbing, with encouragement, keeping track so they are doing the right thing, answering questions, descents, etc. The following autumn-winter I worked as a teacher at a Elementery school, before I went on a backpacking trip in Southeast Asia for 4 months. Back in Sweden again I worked at Sörsjöns Adventure Park. The last winter season I worked as a lift guide at Lofsdalen in the Swedish mountains and I´m now back working at Sörsjöns Adventure Park. I am social, responsible and independent, positive and engaged, attentive and empathetic. I also take initiative, and I am often the one who brings friends and colleagues together for fun activities. I am very curious and adventurous and enjoy experience new things. I appreciate cooperation and would love to have a lot of customer contact. Now I´m looking for a new job the coming winter season.
