Background

I am a recent graduate from the University of Sheffield where I studied French and Spanish with Linguistics. I have a passion for languages and travel. I love the experience of being in new places and meeting new people. I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a waitress since the age of 16 in a range of establishments. These roles have equipped me with excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic, qualities I believe will be essential for delivering a high standard of service in a chalet environment.

Customer service is a priority, I have a high customer satisfaction rate and am also able to upsale certain products effectively.
