Background
Hi, I’m Scarlett, a 21-year-old from Sydney, Australia, with a lifelong passion for skiing and a strong desire to spend the 2025/2026 season working in the snow. I bring versatile experience in hospitality, childcare, and customer service, and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. I currently work in after-school care, where I plan activities, cook meals, and manage a busy program for children aged 5–12. I’ve also taught swimming and worked in a busy ice creamery, gaining skills in leadership, multitasking, and clear communication. I'm hardworking, adaptable, and always bring a positive, can-do attitude. I'm available for the full season and excited to contribute to a chalet team, nannying, bartending, waitressing, or wherever I’m needed most.

Education
- UTS- University of Technology Sydney
Bachelor of Environment and Sustainability, Bachelor of Environmental Biology2023 - 2026I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Environmental Biology and Environment & Sustainability at UTS, where I focus on climate science, ecology, and sustainable practices. When I complete my degree, I hope to pursue a career in conservation, with a focus on marine life. I’m particularly interested in tackling waste pollution and improving waste management systems to help protect marine species. Ideally, I would like to work on initiatives that prevent plastic pollution at the source, especially in developing countries where waste infrastructure is limited.
