Dear Hiring Manager, I am an experienced and passionate cook from Argentina with over five years of international kitchen experience across Canada, Germany, Japan, and Australia. I currently hold a Working Holiday visa for France, valid from October 2025, and I am looking for a position as a cook or Chef de Partie, ideally in mountain areas or tourist regions. I have worked in restaurants, hotels, and ski resorts, covering stations such as grill, sauté, cold kitchen, and prep. At Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality (Toronto) I was part of a high-volume team with diverse menus and events. While working at Yuki Kamui Resort (Japan), I also supported hotel maintenance, guest service, and transportation of clients to and from the airport.
