Background

I have been skiing since the age of three and have stayed in many resorts; therefore, I know what makes an unforgettable ski trip. Every detail from a friendly morning greeting, to waking up to a delicious breakfast buffet and ending the day with a spectacular evening meal, shared with family and friends. These long-lasting memories are what make a ski trip truly special. Over the course of more than four years in varying hospitality roles, I have gained excellent awareness of mandatory safety procedures and recognise the critical role of health and hygiene. It has also provided me with invaluable experience in kitchen operations including assisting the chefs, food prep, waiting and service, presentation skills, and interacting with clients.
