Background

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to apply for a chalet host or hospitality role for the upcoming ski season. I have just finished A levels in Maths, Physics and Product Design and am taking a gap year before starting an engineering degree at university. I have completed the Orchards Chalet Cooking Course and gained a GCSE in Hospitality and Catering. I am currently working in the kitchen at The Holcombe Inn and also help run my family’s Airbnb cottages, preparing them to a high standard. I am a confident skier, a capable cook, and enjoy working as part of a team. Outside of work, I have led an electric car racing team, completed the Hellespont swim for charity, and volunteered with an animal rescue. I also recently completed my Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award.
