ContactBackground
I am looking for a Chalet Host type job or a chalet role. I believe I would be a great addition to any team, drawing on my previous years of work experience in the catering and hospitality industry and my recent Orchards School of Cookery 2 week Chalet Cooks Course. I am well versed in preparing meals and managing cleanliness for large numbers having worked for the cooking agency Cindy Webster Cooks Ltd. From working here, I have experienced the demands of guests such as specific dietary requirements whilst also becoming very used to fast paced environments and meeting cooking deadlines. I am enthusiastic, adaptable and an extremely hard worker who picks up new skills quickly. In my previous jobs I have gained a lot of experience in Customer Service and Hospitality and in all the roles I’ve had such as (Front of House, chef, waitress and cleaner), having excellent attention to detail and being very organised has been essential. My skills, along with my can do attitude and good sense of humour are, I think, vital for chalet host role. I'm a great team player but equally I am very self-motivated when working on my own and I’m used to dealing with demanding customers. I react well to dynamic environments, I adapt quickly and meeting new people is something I genuinely enjoy and look forward to. I am organised and with experience working for an Airbnb business, I know that high standards of cleanliness and presentation are absolutely essential. I have skied in France, Italy and Scotland and I would relish the opportunity to use my enthusiasm for cooking, hospitality and skiing this season. I may only be 18 but I am mature, reliable and independent with a strong work ethic. I am the youngest of six siblings.
