It's the social side of season roles like hotel hosting, maintenance and instructing that I particularly enjoy and thrive in, hence my 4 seasons with Neilson. I find getting to know people both enjoyable and rewarding, making The job feels less like work and more like something I genuinely love doing. Whether through wit, intelligent conversation, or simply the chance to meet people from a wide variety of backgrounds, I’ve always valued the personal and cultural connections that come with the role — so much so that I even focused my undergraduate dissertation on the lives and experiences of seasonaires.
