I am applying for the position of Character Guide with Davvi Arctic in Lapland, together with my girlfriend, Alberte. I am a 19-year-old recent high school graduate with a strong work ethic, excellent service mindset, and experience in creating memorable guest experiences. For the past year, I have worked as a Hot Air Balloon Crew Member, assisting with preparations, welcoming guests, ensuring safety, and helping deliver a unique and enjoyable experience. This role has strengthened my teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. I am enthusiastic, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic environments. My extended driver’s license for trailers enables me to support logistical tasks when required. I am confident that my dedication and positive approach would be a valuable contribution to your team.
