I am extremely knowledgeable about the hospitality industry. I have knowledge in guest
satisfaction, staff training and development, and in providing excellent customer service. I
have a very strong attention to detail with everything I do, I am flexible and adaptable but I
am also very organized and very good at multitasking. I have worked as a skilled bartender
and chef in many companies meaning I have a great understanding of cooking and serving
food and wine. These skills are ones that I would be able to take into this role.
I have strong management skills and have great potential despite having no formal
employment experience in management. I show potential in my current role through taking
accountability for the service provided by myself and colleagues and I have taken on
responsibilities such as organization of staff and training in aspects of the service provided. I
am passionate about wanting to lead a team where I can share my knowledge, experience
and expertise where everyone strives for the same goal of making sure that the best service
is delivered to guests at all times.
I am approachable and have a strong desire to deliver great customer service, I constantly
give 100% effort in any tasks I undertake, and I have the flexibility to think quickly to meet
the needs of both guests and team members. I think on my feet and I am an effective
problem solver. I have strong interpersonal skills and am a successful communicator making
it possible for me to thrive well with both guests and colleagues.
