Motivated and creative aspiring chef with experience in a fine dining kitchen, and enjoy producing a wide variety of international cuisine and desserts. At Allium in Salisbury, I work closely alongside the Head Chef in a small team, with a wide variety of duties. I will be completing chalet cook training in September for the winter 25/26 season in the Alps and will then decide whether to continue gaining chef/catering experience or obtaining catering qualifications.
