Background

I entered this industry at 15 as a waitress to pay for college, and I've worked in this field ever since, eventually becoming a chef de rang and barmaid. For three years, I managed a mountain refuge in the Tuscan Alps (www.rifugiovalomagna.com), where I greatly refined my role, taking full responsibility for welcoming guests, coordinating a team of workers, organizing catering events, creating the cocktail line and menu, and managing social media and promotion. I'm currently seeking new roles to expand my experience in the industry in different countries and the opportunity to improve my language skills (I speak English, French, Spanish, Italian, and basic Arabic). J'ai commencé ce métier à 15 ans comme serveuse pour financer mes études. Depuis, je travaille dans ce secteur, devenant chef de rang et barmaid. Pendant trois ans, j'ai géré un refuge de montagne dans les Alpes toscanes (www.rifugiovalomagna.com), où j'ai grandement perfectionné mon rôle : j'assumais l'entière responsabilité de l'accueil des clients, la coordination d'une équipe, l'organisation des événements traiteur, la création de la carte et de la gamme de cocktails, ainsi que la gestion des réseaux sociaux et de la promotion. Je recherche actuellement de nouveaux postes pour approfondir mon expérience dans le secteur dans différents pays et améliorer mes compétences linguistiques (je parle anglais, français, espagnol, italien et j'ai des notions d'arabe).
