Background

I have experience with customer service, having worked in hospitality at a busy local restaurant for the past three years. This has included both back of house tasks with food preparation, dishwashing and sanitation, and front of house tasks that include serving customers (both dining and take-away), taking bookings and payments. I am flexible and adaptable, quick to think on my feet and good at problem solving. I enjoy interacting with customers and regularly receive both tips and positive feedback from customers regarding my friendliness and professionalism. I am also a passionate skier and enjoy outdoor winter sports generally. I am familiar with the needs and wants of customers on ski fields and would work hard to maintain high standards. I am keen to learn, and enthusiastic about learning new skills that can support your business. I enjoy working in the food service industry but am equally happy to use my customer-based skills in a new environment and culture. I greatly enjoy traveling, meeting new people and acquiring new skills. I am more than happy to start with the more difficult, less important jobs that others may not want to do, spending my time learning new skills to improve my efficiency and becoming a useful worker.
