With proven longevity within my role, I was responsible for maintaining dining areas inside and outside whilst delegating front of house roles to various staff members to ensure smooth daily operations. Working within a fast-paced environment strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, multitask efficiently and effectively, as well as deliver excellent service to new and returning guests. Furthermore, this role gave me the confidence to use initiative within a demanding role and build experience within service.
