Background

I have worked in restaurants for more than 10 years across several European countries. I started as a waitress and, with a hands-on mentality, eye for detail and passion for service, I grew into restaurant management roles in Germany, Portugal and Spain. These positions helped me develop strong skills in handling busy environments, working efficiently, organizing teams and managing back-office tasks. I enjoy working in multicultural settings, supported by my language skills: I am fluent in Dutch, English, German and Italian, have a good understanding of Portuguese and basic knowledge of Spanish. Together with my boyfriend, Alonso Aguirre, we are looking for a winter job together. Alonso Aguirre is a chef with fine-dining experience in the Netherlands, Thailand, Peru and Portugal, as well as experience in larger, all-round restaurants in Spain and the Netherlands. He is highly organized, strong in planning, comfortable leading a team, and also a dedicated team player. Passionate about cooking, he enjoys exploring new concepts and cuisines and sharing his knowledge with others. Born in Aruba, he speaks Dutch, English, Spanish and Papiamento fluently.
