    Background

I am an experienced hospitality professional with several winter seasons working in the Alpsin high-end hotel residences, where I learned the importance of immaculate chalet standards, smooth operations, and warm guest contact. I have a strong background in housekeeping oversight, coordinating and checking cleaning teams, and ensuring that every apartment is perfectly prepared for arrivals. Fluent in four languages (English, French, Dutch, German) and a confident skier, I understand the rhythm and expectations of guests in ski resorts. I am calm under pressure, practical with basic maintenance tasks, and have over 20 years of safe driving experience in manual vehicles. Friendly, reliable, and guest-focused, I enjoy working independently while remaining closely connected to the wider team. I am also a passionate foodie, which helps me create an authentic, welcoming alpine experience for guests.

Experience – Hotel Residences (Pierre & Vacances, Alps)

Residence Technical Operations & Housekeeping Supervisor, all year.

At Pierre & Vacances in the Alps, I worked in the day-to-day management of busy hotel residences during the winter season and summer season. In between, I was working on the preparation of the lodges, apartments, and chalets for the next season. My role focused on ensuring high-quality guest experience, spotless lodges, and smooth operational flow in a fast-paced mountain environment.

      Key Responsibilities:

Oversaw housekeeping operations, ensuring all apartments, chalets and common areas met strict cleanliness and presentation standards.
Coordinated cleaning teams: assigned tasks, checked completed work, and maintained consistency across all units.
Conducted detailed inspections before guest arrivals and after departures to guarantee a perfect handover.
Managed linen stock, amenities and cleaning materials, ensuring efficient usage and timely replenishment.
Served as a guest-facing contact for questions, small issues, and practical support throughout their stay.
Assisted with basic maintenance tasks and reported technical issues quickly to my maintenance team.
Worked according to the mountain-resort rhythm early mornings, changeover days, peak arrival times, and variable weekly occupancy.
Maintained strong communication with reception, maintenance and management to ensure seamless operations.
Supported the team during high-pressure moments with a calm, solution-oriented attitude.

Skills gained: precision, leadership, guest service, operational awareness, and the ability to deliver consistently high standards under mountain-season pressure.
