I am an experienced hospitality and operations leader with more than 25 years of management experience, including senior roles such as CEO, COO and Director in hotel and service organisations. I have extensive hands-on experience with hotel openings, operations, guest service, staff leadership and property management. I enjoy practical work, motivating small teams and creating a positive atmosphere for guests. I am a confident skier (not expert) and comfortable supporting guests on the mountain. Winter seasonal work fits perfectly with my own hospitality project in Italy during the summer, allowing me to fully commit to the winter season.
