Background

We are a professional couple of waiters looking for seasonal work, especially in restaurants that offer à la carte, set menus, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We are also skilled at working behind the bar, in the café, and in cocktail bars. I am Manuel, 36 years old, and my partner is 28. We are responsible, punctual, and able to handle a high volume of work. We currently work seasonally on the island of Formentera. We take orders, offer daily specials, clean fish tableside, and provide excellent wine service. We would also like to work seasonally at Ski Resorts.
