Background

Educational leader with 20+ years of experience working directly with High School students and leading pastoral care, wellbeing, behaviour management and academic support in school environments. I have served as Academic Coordinator, Pedagogical Advisor and School Director, managing teams, implementing inclusive and evidence-based practices, supporting student success, and strengthening communication between school and families. Holding a PhD in Education and a background in social communication and media literacy, I integrate communication, student development and holistic education. I have designed teacher-training programmes, implemented active-learning methodologies, managed complex behavioural cases, coordinated inclusion initiatives and led strategic school-improvement projects.
