Hi, my name is Sebastiao Lorena, I am a highly qualified Chef with more than 10 years of experience in the kitchen, working in different positions and in different restaurants of different culinary cultures. Ability to solve adversities in a calm way, manage teams in a positive way, plan Menu's and ensure quality in the presentation of dishes. I have been travelling a lot over Europe, from Germany, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
