With over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry. Working as a waitress, receptionist, licensee and restaurant owner/manager managing stock; accounts and payrole. The past 20 years providing concierge services for 2nd home owners in France . Tasks including maintaining pools, gardens and houses. For owners and guests. Preparing houses for visits and lets. and overseeing works. I am a French resident with a carte sejour permanent. I drive and have had a full licence for 30 years. I am now looking forward to expanding my experience in the hospitality industry with a post as a chalet host. I am attending Chalet Cooking course with snow cooks at the end of May. I really enjoy cooking and entertaining and am looking forward to the experience of being a Chalet Host.
