Background

I have a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically within the food and beverage department for 6 years, 3 of which I have been a supervisor. For 5.5 of these years I worked in hotels, giving me a wide knowledge of the expectations within that sector of the industry. As well as this I am an avid skier, and have been traveling both Europe and America skiing for 15+ years.
