    I have extensive customer-facing experience through my role within my family’s business, where I have worked in Holiday Home sales for over two years across seven caravan and leisure parks. This involves welcoming guests, building strong relationships & gaining trust. This experience has strengthened my communication skills, confidence, and ability to provide a warm, professional service while remaining calm and solutions-focused under pressure — qualities I believe are essential for delivering an excellent chalet & holiday experience. I have amassed 8 years within the family business, gaining hands-on experience during school holidays & part-time in a variety of operational roles, including grounds work, maintenance, front of house & bar/restaurant. This has given me a strong work ethic and a willingness to help wherever needed. I am comfortable balancing practical duties such as cleaning, food preparation (recently updating my certification of level 2 food safety), and organization with guest-facing responsibilities. I take pride in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I am very social, approachable, and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.
