Background

I’m a 25-year-old Australian/British dual citizen with full UK working rights through my British passport and nearly 10 years of hospitality experience across cafés, pubs and restaurants. Born in London and raised in Sydney, I’ve wanted to do a European ski season for years after growing up visiting family in the Alps. I love cooking and baking, enjoy working in fast-paced team environments and genuinely love connecting with people and creating welcoming experiences for guests.
